Randomness part 3

Alright so this is what they call grafitti in HK, a bit different from what you find in the rest of the world eh? Wonder what gang did this? Must be the happy hk boys and girls club, they even have the golden arches off in the background on the right side.
They built this with bamboo... you should of seen it before they poured concrete over it, but the top of this residential complex is amazing... it has a jacuzzi and bbq on the roof, cost only $2 million.
So this is another place called Lamma Island, here is a bunch of flags, don't know what any of them mean, but lotsa people walking on the pier.

So... a boat needs floatation devices, they must be baby dragon boats in training, so they can't float yet and need some more practice. Guess this is how ships are born?

Monchichi's strange HK sights #1

Hi, I'm Monchichi! I'm going to show you a few interesting sights in HK, at the request of my friend Timmy, next time I post I'll be examinging barbershops, haircuts, and what really goes on in there??? In the meantime, check out these wierd things in HK...

Wow... can you imagine this is some HK lady at work, if you look real close, you can see a big retail tag still on the jacket. Wonder why they do this?? For sure in the USA it might be to return it for a refund, but here in HK you can't return them... maybe she wanted to show everyone how much she paid for this?? Monchichi!!

OK, so what does this hat say?? Monchichi can read, it says Delay No More, wanna know what that means in Cantonese? Ask someone that can speak it.

Wow... in this bright city of lights monchichi sees something... must be modern version of hieroglyphics. But it looks like stick figures doing something... Run after the food, take aim and shoot food well, then you have energy to swim across the ocean, steal eggs from the eagle nest, pick up big trees so you can throw in fire and cook food... YUM

HK Office Buildings?

Just to give you all an idea of the HK Skyline, but there is something of interest here, as youcan see these are building, all 60+ stories tall, but if you look carefully somewhere in the middle, it seems there is a guy standing in his underwear??? Bet you all can't figure this one out.

The tall majestic buildings... wonder if they do anything else??

Hahah, what is this some kind of freaky laser show?? Wonder how many buildings can do this in HK?

Ok... so the whole city line in HK can emit lights, imagine trying to sleep through this... where's the bat signal? Can you imagine how many super heroes are in HK, each with its own building and light signal...

Stages of Sleepiness

So today we have a cute little girl and her big teddy bear, to demonstrate to us how one goes about falling asleep. As you know, all children start off a bit crazy during the day, jumping around and trying on costumes, pretending to be rock stars and generally causing havoc.
So after a little bit, (actually hours...) of playing around one will tend to get a bit sleepy, as you will begin to notice, even though the little girl is on the train, she can no longer keep her eyes open, and her head begins to droop. The hands are there to support the head so that it doesn't come crashing down and hurt herself.
Lastly, we see that the litle girl is konked out on the sofa, curled up in the fetal position, of course this is a picture from the next day! Now, the question is how to ensure kiddies will always be tired an konked out?? To find out this secret stay tuned to wei wei land!!

The Boatman

After examining the peak, I spotted a little reservoir, you can see it between the bushes, close to the buildings, so we're gonna head over and explore that.

Ohh, upon closer view its not a very big reservoir, but looks kinda interesting, wonder how we're gonna get across to the other side?

Hahah, lucky for us there's a boatman, guess Hong Kong is still a bit old fashioned, lets hope in and see what awaits us on the other side!

Wow, after the boat man, we had to walk along this rickety old bridge/walkway thing, wonder what we will find at the end of our journey.

Guess this is the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow? Looks like a home made shrine, wonder what they were worshipping?? Guess we'll just have to wait till wei wei's next great adventure!

The Peak

So, I decided to head to this place called the "Peak" highest point in HK. Nice spot to take some pics, hopefully my skills are getting better, see the pretty clouds. That speck in the middle is some kind of bird.

The city line, lots of tall buildings, sometimes when your down there, you can't see the sun, my mom calls me a ghost everytime i'm back in Cali.

Haha, caught the sunset at the peak, but the sun was hiding behind the damn mountain.

Alright here we go, you can see the sun... kinda, and the reservoir, luckily it was a clear day otherwise you'd just see a bunch of smog, coming from the factories in China.

randomness

So they have all kinds of random animals here in China, check out this multi colored fox? That's what I was told, looks more like a weasel... scary thing tried to run up my leg, so I decided to run away from it
Only thing I could find close by was this buddha looking tower thingy, maybe there is something cool at top that will keep that fox thing away, lets climb up there and see
Damn, just a bunch of golden fish jumping around in a pond going towards the waterfall, they must be some kind of salmon, anything else around here?

randomness part 2

Looking around at the pond and taking a closer look at the pond, found a nice little flower, didn't want to smell it though, probably some kinda bug in there...
So I moved onto the next spot, CHANEL's mobile exhibit, they had some strange stuff in there, could take any pictures, so you'll just have to go look yourself
However, I was able to catch this, strange girl pretending to be a movie star, I like the pose!

My First Bush Walk

So starting on my first bush walk, you can see my nifty hat, its been all over the place with me. And right above that, some tasty flies buzzing overhead. Yum!

I felt like I was on a safari or something... walking through the bush, I spot something off in the distance, take aim with my ultra cool weapon and BAM!
Hit! This use to be a house, yep that's the kinda damage I can do... blew up the whole damn thing, all that was left is this asian style toilet. Sad to say, i've seen much worse... wonder if there's anything inside, lets take a look.

Holy shit... wonder how long that has been in there. Good lesson... if you blow up a house don't peek in the toilet afterwards...

The view from my apt on a clear day. Not too bad eh?
